(1) Aside from weight loss, do you have any specific goals for either this challenge or from your workouts in general?
(2) Are there any exercises you do in class that you hate? If so, why do you hate them? Pain? General difficulty? Embarrassment?
(3) Do you have any injuries or body parts with particular sensitivities?
(4) Anything else I should know to get us started?
